The Hyatt Regency Ludhiana has introduced the special cuisine of Rajasthan to its already existing multi-cuisine buffet from Kitchen at Ninety Five. In order to keep the authenticity of flavors the hotel has invited Chef Jaswant Singh, a specialist from Nagaur, Rajasthan. Chef Jaswant has introduced some of the popular classic dishes from his region, such as Laal Maas, Ker Sangri, Dal Bati Churma amongst others. The buffet continues to feature the signature specials and the Awadhi cuisine.
Hyatt Regency Ludhiana is located 20 minutes from Ludhiana junction, just off the Chandigarh-Ferozepur highway 95. The two restaurants at the hotel are Kitchen at Ninety Five and The Gallery Bar. For Awadhi cuisine, Hyatt has hired Chef Aqil Qureshi for the same.
The Rajasthani fare is available only at Dinner time.
