Designer Manish Arora and online fashion portal KOOVS have joined hands for the launch of the former’s first ever menswear collection of apparel and accessories. The ‘Indian by Manish Arora X KOOVS’ collection is about bold and eccentric pieces in the signature style of the designer. It is inspired by the dizzying graphics of Temari balls, a folk art form from Japan.
The collection brings together busy prints with stripes and other geometric motifs. Keeping black, white and gold as a constant, each garment highlights a rich hue like emerald, fuchsia and electric blue. The range of apparel includes bomber jacket, shirts, t-shirts, vests, sweatshirts, trousers and shorts. Accessories include backpacks, high-tops, espadrilles, flip flops, socks and phone covers. The complete line features over 35 styles.
Speaking about this association, Manish Arora said, “I chose to collaborate with a platform like KOOVS.COM in India to provide consumers an exclusive opportunity to own a signature Manish Arora product at accessible prices.
