Tata Group’s jewelry brand Tanishq chose the hot summer month of May, to launch its new opulent signature line, the Red Carpet Collection, at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. The glitterati of Delhi shone brighter as many of the ladies tried on the diamond studded wares, and queued up to be photographed by fashion photographer Waseem Khan. Pretty models walked around posing, pouting, priming, resplendent in beautiful necklaces and earrings from the new collection. Sandeep Kulhalli, Senior Vice President – Retail and Marketing, Jewellery Division, Titan Company, flew into Delhi, especially to launch the new range.
A red carpet leading into the venue wasn’t exactly Met Gala wide, but it did serve the purpose of letting the entrants feel like stars as sundry flash bulbs popped. Brining in the filmy glamour was the movie actress Kajol, who was elegantly understated and looked ravishing in a black sari.
The Red Carpet Collection from Tanishq is in the higher range than the previous offerings from the brand. The use of small diamonds, reflective of the signature style of the Tanishq brand, was effective in giving a delicate look to the designs. Priced upwards of Rs 5 Lakhs, the collection is available at select stores in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Most appealing is the fact that the customer can customize the jewelry as per their requirement and taste.
